I, Samuel Whittle (Whittle Designs), am a sole trader providing IT support, including troubleshooting, repairs and training. I specialise in supporting individuals, small businesses, and community organisations.

Some of the services that I can provide:

Computer Assistance

I offer support for setting up new systems, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, installing and removing software, and can provide one-on-one tutorials for day-to-day computer use.

Web and Graphic Services

I can help you navigate the process of setting up, updating and maintaining basic websites. We also offer basic graphic design services for your website.

  • Setting up or updating websites on most major providers (Squarespace, Wix, WordPress, etc)
  • Basic graphics and image creation
  • Flyer and banner designs (please note that we do not offer any printing service)

I have experience working with audio/visual systems and can help you to set up or troubleshoot your system.

About

I have a couple of decades of experience built up working with technology in various forms. This has included building and repairing computers, creating and maintaining websites, troubleshooting mobile devices, providing training for users (young and old) and setting up networks. I also spent time over the last 20+ years at the DVOAC with various stints as a volunteer, part-time coordinator and committee member.

I have a formal background in computer science and education, and am an associate member of the Australian Computer Society.
